With rich practical experience in business development, team building and collaboration among various departments.

2014

• MileCell Bio was established and Shanghai R&D center was launched, and began to develop products and technologies related to primary cell.

2017

• BSL-2 pathogenic microbiology laboratory was approved by the National Health Commission of People’s Republic of China.

2018

• MileCell Bio Zhejiang office was established, with a nearly 2,000 square meters of R&D and production service base.
• MileCell Bio was awarded as a high-tech enterprise.

2019

• Shanghai High-tech Achievement Transformation Project Certification

2020

• Shanghai "specialized and special new" small and medium-sized enterprises

Responsibility

1. Responsible for business cooperation and development with overseas agents and end customers, implementing sales targets in overseas markets and promoting implementation to achieve expected sales targets;

2. Understand industry trends and seek potential partners who can meet the overseas business needs of company, leading the establishment of cooperative relationships, and developing overseas markets;

3. Understand information about the overseas bio-pharmaceutical industry and conduct research on the latest information and trends in overseas markets, providing intelligence and analysis for the company's overseas strategy formulation, and participating in the formulation of targeted strategies and plans for the company;

4. Participate in international business and academic conferences, representing the company to establish effective connections with industry clients and peers;

5. Support the completion of other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification

1. More than 3-5 years of work experience in the biological industry, with sales experience in Biopharma and Biotech;

2.With a master's or overseas MBA degree in biological science, pharmacology, or related fields will be given priority consideration;

3.Experience in business development, search and evaluation, management consulting, market research, corporate strategy, or investment in the field of life sciences;

4. Having communicative English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as certain business communication and negotiation skills (English can be used as a reporting language), with overseas study or work experience;

5. Having a deep understanding of foreign markets, experience in new business development, and business negotiation skills;

6. Having a certain level of stress resistance, daring to challenge new businesses, and having innovative ideas for expanding overseas business;

7. Adapt to international business trips, with a focus on European and American regions.
