Milecell MagSep™ CD8 MicroBeads (Positive Selection) are nanoscale microBeads conjugated with monoclonal anti-human CD8 antibodies. By magnetically labeling CD8+ cells and performing sorting and elution through a separation column in a magnetic field, users can obtain target cells with high purity, high viability, and high recovery rate. CD8 MicroBeads are suitable for the positive selection or depletion of CD8+ cells from fresh or frozen mononuclear cells (MNCs) derived from sources such as peripheral blood, leukapheresis products, cord blood, and bone marrow.
