Rat Splenocytes
MileCell Bio offers high-quality isolated splenocytes from Rat. Splenocytes are a heterogeneous population of immune cells derived from the spleen, a critical immune organ responsible for blood filtration, initiating adaptive immune responses, and maintaining systemic immune functions. Mouse splenocytes primarily consist of lymphocytes (B cells, T cells, and NK cells), antigen-presenting cells (e.g., dendritic cells, macrophages), and stromal cells. These cells are isolated through gentle mechanical dissociation of spleen tissue, enzymatic digestion, filtration, and erythrocyte lysis techniques to ensure high viability and purity.
