Figure 2. The isolated CD4+ T cells were stimulated for 20 hours with an activation cocktail (PMA + Ionomycin). Cell culture supernatants were analyzed for IL-2 secretion by ELISA, while cells were assessed for surface marker expression (CD25/CD69) by flow cytometry. MileCell MagSep™ CD4 MicroBeads demonstrated comparable performance to competitor products in two critical functional parameters: CD25/CD69 expression levels, and IL-2 secretion capacity.
