Figure 1. Fresh human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from different donors were used as the starting material to isolate CD8+ T cells under identical conditions with Milecell MagSep™ CD8 MicroBeads and competitor products, assessing post-separation viability, purity, and recovery.

Figure 2. The isolated CD8+ T cells were stimulated for 20 hours with an activation cocktail (PMA + Ionomycin). Cell culture supernatants were analyzed for IFN-γ secretion by ELISA, while cells were assessed for surface marker expression (CD25/CD69) by flow cytometry. MileCell MagSep™ CD8  MicroBeads demonstrated comparable performance to competitor products in two critical functional parameters: CD25/CD69 expression levels, and IFN-γ secretion capacity.
