Cardiovascular Research
Immune cell and tissue materials for cardiovascular research workflows.
Cardiovascular research includes interactions among immune signaling, tissue injury and metabolic stress. Primary circulating immune cells and appropriately prepared animal tissues support selected mechanistic and analytical studies. MileCell offers PBMCs, monocytes and animal tissue materials for these workflows, complementing the cardiac and vascular models needed for tissue-specific experiments.
Research Solutions for Cardiovascular Research
Inflammation and Myeloid Responses
Study monocyte activation and cytokine responses under defined stimulation or candidate treatment conditions. PBMCs provide a mixed immune context for comparing donor responses. Connect findings to a specific cardiovascular hypothesis through suitable functional endpoints and controls. Circulating monocytes should not be described as cardiac-resident macrophages or as a complete cardiovascular disease model.
Cardiac Tissue Analysis
Mouse tissue options include heart, providing a route to selected tissue-based studies and assay controls. Confirm organ, format and preservation method before ordering. Frozen tissue, embedded preparations and homogenates serve different analytical needs. Do not assume enzymatic activity or live-cell function is preserved unless the preparation has been qualified for the intended endpoint.
Immune Components in Vascular Models
Use independently established vascular or cardiac models with PBMCs or monocytes to investigate inflammatory interactions. Verify compatibility and track both immune and tissue responses. MileCell supplies selected immune components and supporting isolation reagents. Cardiomyocytes and general vascular endothelial cells were not verified in the reviewed catalog. Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells are a distinct liver-specific population.

Application Note
FAQs
Can liver sinusoidal endothelial cells represent cardiac endothelium?
They have a liver-specific phenotype and should not be used as a general substitute without a clear rationale and validation.
Does a heart tissue product contain viable cardiomyocytes?
Do not assume that it does. Confirm the preparation and intended analytical use. Frozen tissue materials are different from viable isolated cell products.
