The left and right figures represent the analysis of thawed cell viability and cell number across the following groups:
2 lots of CD-1 Mouse cryo-hepatocytes
2 lots of C57BL/6 Mouse cryo-hepatocytes
1 lot of SD Rat cryo-hepatocytes
Each group consists of three randomly selected cryo-vials from each lot. The data demonstrate no significant variability in inter-lot and intra-lot cell viability or the number of viable cells, indicating consistent cryopreserved hepatocyte quality.
